Delivery & Refund

Delivery Policy

If you choose to opt for delivery, there will be additional charges for the delivery fee. Self-collection is available at oxen office on Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm. Not available on public holidays or weekends.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Refunds & exchange require a reason to be accepted or not by the management. Do contact us if you would like to request for a refund or exchange.
